Refund Policy

OLEMY accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.

A longer money-back guarantee advertised for a specific product remains valid for that product under its advertised terms.

Eligibility and return costs

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Email olemy.store@gmail.com with your order number or purchase receipt. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges and import fees are non-refundable where legally permitted.

Problems and exclusions

Report damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 7 days, including photos or video. OLEMY will arrange an appropriate remedy without additional cost for verified issues. Discounted items remain eligible; gift cards and products disclosed as Final Sale are excluded, subject to mandatory rights.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, request a return and order the replacement separately. Request cancellation within 12 hours; cancellation may be unavailable once processing or dispatch begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Banks may take longer. Contact us if 15 business days pass after approval.

This policy does not restrict statutory consumer rights, including remedies for defects reported later.
