OLEMY prepares orders within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; busy periods may extend preparation.

Delivery estimates

Allow approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. These estimates are not guaranteed. Customs, weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking and address changes

We send dispatch confirmation and tracking details when available. Tracking may take time to update. Check your delivery address before ordering. Email olemy.store@gmail.com promptly to request corrections; changes may be unavailable after dispatch. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or require reshipping.

Shipment issues

Contact us about delayed or missing parcels so we can investigate with the carrier. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, send your order number and clear photographs; our Refund Policy explains the available remedies.

Import charges

Unless explicitly included at checkout, destination customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.
